Weekend in Salem......
Well Ian and I went to Salem Oregon with Rob over the first weekend in August to watch him play in the B National ASA Fastpitch Tourny. They took 1st place. Last year they took first place in the C division so they had to play up in B's and now since they won that next year their team will have to move up to the A's. The A's will be hard.
It was lots of Fun. We watched 5 softball games, ate tons, and went shopping at an outlet mall. The hotel had a swimming pool so you know where Ian lived.
Then as we got ready to come home the flight Canceled and made everything Full for the next day. I had a Buddy Pass with us and this just makes for a nightmare. So much that I took Robs paid ticket on Southwest because I had to work Monday afternoon and Rob, Ian, and Jerry rented a car and drove the 14 hrs home. I have learned my lesson for Buddy Passes. If we wouldn't have had the Buddy Pass we would have been able to get on any flight. Lesson Learned. The weekend was so fun. I love to watch Rob play and even better I could actually watch. No little ones to run after and Ian will watch. That is why he got to go. He was a trooper. He did awesome in the Car too!
While I was gone Grandma got Zaylee to go on the Potty! Now I just need to spend a couple of days with just her and make it every time! Right now when she pees in her diaper she just takes it off, not so much fun. So Potty Training is a Must this week.
Saturday we went to the Demolition Derby in Tooele. It was lots of fun! Then after they did Fireworks! I am torn between summer coming to an end. We have played so much this summer and relaxing and doing nothing sounds so nice :)

One Step Forward, Two Steps Back!
I am usually so positive but this weekend was full of so many downs. I was so excited for the Holiday, Baseball, Cabin, Boating, Ice Cream and Fun Weekend......
And then all 4 baseball games ended in a Loss :(
Robs Truck broke down and I am grateful that I am Alive! We were driving from the Cabin into Heber and there was a huge Kaboom and Rob said what did I hit we just blew a tire. So about 5 feet later there was another Kaboom and he said that was definitely not a Tire, and he tried to open the door and couldn't. So when he got out to look at the damage as we are sitting on Main Street in the middle of the Road he said the tire came completely off and had wedged itself into the wheel well. Lucky for us that it didn't come completely off while we were driving down the canyon. Which the only thing I can think of was that the car would have rolled. The tow truck took it about 50 feet to Tunex and charged us 45.00. Tunex bill came to 400.00 and we were back on the road to the cabin after another loss for the baseball game where some Ass Hole kid tackled Ian while he was catching. He got Right back up so I thought he was fine, but then the next thing I know he passed out and the umpire caught him. Scary moment in my life. I don't know how people let their kids play football. He layed on the ground for about 10 mins gasping for air. He had the wind knocked out of him. When I got onto the field he had calmed down and said Coach I don't think I can catch anymore. Ian I Love You! A Police officer came onto the field and said call an Ambulance. Ian jumped Right up and said he was fine. Once the Adrenaline wore off he shook for quite awhile. I'm still shaking. Ian was sooo mad because the other kid did not say sorry or shake his hand at the End of the game. The commissioner was talking about ejecting the kid for the next game because Ian was 3 feet away from the plate and it was uncalled for. So after the game we headed to Dairy Keen for a Fresh Raspberry Shake and then off the the Cabin to enjoy the rest of the weekend. When what happens, Robs POS Truck overheats and we are now sitting on the side of the Road. At least not in the middle of the Road this time. A few min later Jori and Roy come up behind us and we put me Jori, Ashlyn, Ian, Zoe, Max, Paige, Zaylee and Eli in her car (that only has 6 seats with all of their stuff for the weekend and leave Rob and Roy behind with the broken truck. We get a few miles ahead and Zaylee is screaming and yelling and trying to get into the front seat. Which she manages to do more than once. So we pull over so I can sit in the back with her. Off to the Cabin we try again. Rob calls and says he got water out of the creek and drove the car back to Tunex in Heber, which is now closed for the Holiday weekend it is Friday night about 5:30. My mom and dad were on their way up so they picked the guys up and headed up the canyon to the cabin. We spent two days at the cabin. The first was playing on the shore and jumping off the boat into Strawberry lake, which takes your breath away from the Cold. And the second day was hanging Trim and doing electrical in the basement so their will be Bedrooms. And what happens Robs compressor starts sending sparks and Blows up. My Grandpa tells me when you have days this bad you just pick up your shit and go home. I said I would but I have no car!!!!! Could it get any better. So my uncle brings a car hauler up Rob puts his truck on it and tow the POS home. What a weekend. If we wouldn't have had any downs it would have been perfect!!!!! I'm trying to think Positive! I am still Alive! With a broken Truck! And some kid is lucky that I didn't beat the Shit out of him! :)
On top of I can't find the cable to my Camera so I can upload pics from the weekend......... Maybe when I have a little more Patience I will look harder for it!

Summer Fun!!!
So this summer I took a night shift. And then I found someone who would double with me. So I work two really looooooooong days. And then have 5 days off. We have been rotating working the weekends. So last week my doubles paned out to my benefit and I had 8 days off in a row off. So we Played, Played and Played.....
We went to Lagoon and Lagoon A Beach, the drive-in and saw Toy Story 3 and Sorcerers Apprentice, We went to the cabin and stopped at Dairy Keen on the way to get Fresh Raspberry Shakes, went out on the boat and fished twice, Zaylee had her life jacket on and wanted in the lake so bad so Rob tied a rope to her and let her sit on the back and splash her feet and the next thing you know she jumped in and played and Loved it! We roasted Marshmallows! And Sunday after all the fun I took a nap!!!! :) Now here I am between my shifts for a Looooooog work day today and tomorrow.
Plus this week we are going to Cowabunga Bay and then Ian has a baseball tournament in Heber. So we are going to sleep at the Cabin instead of coming home. It should be a Fun Pioneer Weekend with lots of Fun!!!

Exhausted
The 4th of July isn't even here and I am exhausted!!!! Birthdays, Baseball, Fireworks, Parade, Baseball, Fireworks, Going to the Cabin, and then next week since we won both games more Baseball and more Birthdays!!!! Gotta Love July! When I'm not so exhausted I will post pictures :)

Father's Day Weekend
So we did our annual trip to Moab for Father's Day weekend. This year we went a day early and drove to Rob's dads house in Colbran, CO. It was further than I thought and it made for a 10 hr trip in the car that day. When we first started driving and we were about to Provo Paige said are we at the airport yet? It was funny. Robs dad has only seen Ian twice and has never seen Paige or Zaylee. While we were there Paige said, Hey you guy can I have a drink of water. It was kind of embarrassing yet sad. The visit was short and we were back on the road to Moab. We stayed at a hotel that had a kid friendly pool. Water slide included. All we did all weekend long was Baseball, Swim or Eat! Robs family came from Denver again this year. It was so much fun. If you win the baseball games then you get a break in between and they won every game they played so we had lots of Free time! They took 1st and Rob had two home runs this year!!! It was a blast as usual! Happy Father's Day to my dad and Rob! Thanks for Everything you do for us!

When it Rains it Pours....
So just after ten last night I got a call from Rob, so which ER can I go to with our insurance? Why what happened? I broke my thumb it is crooked. Yes of course playing baseball. I am actually shocked in the many years of sports this is the first ER visit. So my dad came to sit with my sleeping girls and off to the ER I went. Ian was with Rob and after an hour or so Jori came and took him home. Then at about 12:30 we got into a room and the Dr. said its not broken just dislocated. Do you want me to put it back with meds or no meds. Rob chose no Meds but the Dr. had second thoughts and said your a big boy and what if you punch me. Rob laughed and said no Meds but was then coaxed into having his Thumb numbed. Which this morning he wishes was still numb. So finally after sitting there for three and half hours it was fixed in two min. Gotta love the ER which I hope I don't have to see one again for a long time. I am not good at watching the people in there. This is going to be fun! I already laughed at him when he asked me to do up his button on his shorts. Have fun a work! I hope you don't have to go to the bathroom :)
